Angie and daughter Ruth McCartney have been Beatles insiders from 1964 onwards, when Angie married Sir Paul’s father, Jim, in November of that year. “The Magical History Tour” combines live music, the intimate feeling of personal stories from Angie and Ruth, multimedia video vignettes of their family pictures, Liverpool, the Swinging ‘60s, the Zeitgeist of fashion and the history of these six incredible years from ’63 to ’69. Angie, who at 84 is the only living Beatles step-parent.
